We didn't quite make rope drop as we were a little slow in getting going today. We stopped for breakfast on the way at Mimi's cafe...kids meals are only about $3-$4 and they get heaps!! And, I found a decent coffee!!!!!!! Yay!!!! Happy Mum, happy family!
If you're ever coming to Disneyland, I highly recommend coming in the off season. It was great. The longest we queued for was about 20 minutes. Unheard of in this place. We got to literally walk right onto Pirates of the Carribean, and had about a 2 minute wait on our first Splash Mountain ride.
Our favourite rides so far are:
Me, Tay and Bry...Indiana Jones
Mum...Splash Mountain and It's a Small World
Lauren.. Spalsh Mountain
As you'll see in the photos to follow, we meet heaps of characters and got their autographs.
And we even got a little bit of Disney magic. We had promised the girls some Mickey Mouse ears. When they had made their choice, we went up to the counter and decided to get them embroidered. As we were chatting to the lovely ladies behind the counter, I went to pull out my wallet and they told me to put it away, that this one was on them! It should have cost $50. Wow!! It was such a nice surprise. We told the girls that that's what happens when you are polite and well behaved...they were thrilled.
Anyway, on with the photos...it was really tricky choosing what to add (as you can imagine, we have sooooo many more than we are putting on here)
Ahhh...what shall we do today???? I know, lets go back to Disneyland or maybe California Adventure....sorry, couldn't help showing off there.
